Job Description

As a Writing and Translation Intern at FIND, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in content creation, search engine optimization, and language translation. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our online content for search engines while also making it accessible to a wider international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Article Writing:

  • Research and identify relevant keywords and topics to create engaging and informative articles.
  • Write high-quality, original SEO-optimized articles that meet our content guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging.


  • Translate articles from English into Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin, while maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Ensure the translated content aligns with SEO best practices in the respective languages.

Keyword Research:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for optimizing content in different languages.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to implement keyword strategies effectively.

Proofreading and Editing:

  • Review and edit translated content to ensure it is error-free, well-structured, and maintains the intended message.


  • Track and report on the performance of translated content, including SEO metrics, engagement, and reach.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma/bachelor's/master's degree program of any field or discipline.
  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Proficiency in English and another language (plus points for Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to adapt to different writing styles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Able to commit a minimum of 2 months.
  • Willing to work in Kota Damansara (walking distance from Surian MRT).
  • Alright working in an office environment with dogs.
