Job Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
• Proven management experience, including team leadership and strategic planning.
• Deep understanding of the Irish automobile market and customer behavior.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
• Local citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
