Job Description
- The interface between the sales team, stock, customers, and warehouse.
- Responsible for order processing and oversees cycle of order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery as per agreed schedule with customer.
- Perform receiving, material picking and packing operation activities and any task related to inventory operation activities in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in controlling picking and packing goods for outbound shipment and delivery.
- Provide internal sales support to outdoor Sales Executive and provide customer service at our online platform.
- Processing of sales orders, invoices, and credit notes via the system with supporting documents.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the procurement of goods and services meets quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- To handle customer enquires, follow-up calls, fax, email, and telephone survey, walk-in customer inquiries/sales, and checking the orders with correct prices, discounts, and product info.
- Help to resolve inventory and shipment discrepancies, if any.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
In this position, you are responsible to handle for the following tasks:
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field, preferably with a CGPA above 3.0.
- Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients
- FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply

- A good personality such as responsible, hardworking, independent, good communication skills, and willing to learn.
