What is Uniqlo Management Candidate (UMC)?

Uniqlo Management Candidate (UMC) program is an intensive retail master class, designed to equip you with the skills to qualify as a Store Manager on successful completion of the program. Our goal is to create a generation of global leaders prepared for a new world. We put you in charge of all operations for your store, including personnel, merchandising, local marketing, layout, inventory management. Upon commencement of work, you will be exposed to the on-the-job education that accelerates you towards business management roles and Profit &Loss responsibility, thus accelerating development of your management skills. • Open to University fresh graduates & final year students.
• Bachelor’s Degree from any fields of study.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.8 or 2nd Class Upper equivalent.
• Flexibility to be relocated across Malaysia or overseas, based on business needs.
• Flexibility to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about the retail business, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possess an entrepreneur mindset.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
