O’Briens Irish Sandwich Café is a lifestyle chain cafe founded in 1988 by Brody Sweeney in Dublin, Ireland and has since expanded to over 150 cafes worldwide. Now we have 30 cafes in Malaysia and O’Briens is easily accessible to anyone who craves for a healthy wholesome meal. We are known for our freshly made-to-order hand-cut sandwiches, salads, wrappos, soups, gourmet coffees, freshly squeezed juices, refreshing smoothies, cakes, Irish snacks and outside catering platters. • Must have related F&B experience
• Identify theory & practical, all kitchen dishes including ingredient identifications and maintaining the SOP.
• Conducting kitchen training and conducting kitchen assessment.
• Constructing kitchen audit module as align with company’s direction.
• Monitoring cafe staff performance.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior.

• At least 2 years of working experience in Food and Beverage industry.
• Has fundamental kitchen & Food and Beverage operation knowledge, food safety & halal.
• Has strong analytical and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language
