Telesales Professional (Insurance)

Job Description
    • Proactively engage potential customers via phone with confidence and professionalism.
    • Deliver persuasive and structured sales pitches, clearly explaining product features and benefits.
    • Effectively handle customer objections and close sales to achieve conversion targets.
    • Educate customers on the full range of insurance products and services, presenting strong value propositions.
    • Accurately capture customer information and process applications/orders in a timely manner.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
    • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
    • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
    • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
    • At least 6 months of experience in telesales, sales, or a related field.
    • Experience in a contact center or call center environment is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
    • Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain products clearly.
    • Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory.
