Job Description
- Proactively engage potential customers via phone with confidence and professionalism.
- Deliver persuasive and structured sales pitches, clearly explaining product features and benefits.
- Effectively handle customer objections and close sales to achieve conversion targets.
- Educate customers on the full range of insurance products and services, presenting strong value propositions.
- Accurately capture customer information and process applications/orders in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- At least 6 months of experience in telesales, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in a contact center or call center environment is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain products clearly.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory.
