Job Description

The Technical Account Manager plays a key role in delivering technical support, overseeing system operations, and maintaining cloud-based environments. This position helps keep cloud systems stable, secure, and efficient while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful cloud solution delivery.

Job Descriptions

• Deliver technical support and services to clients, ensuring dependable system performance and a positive customer experience.
• Handle daily operations and maintenance of cloud platforms, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system efficiency.
• Manage operating systems and databases to maintain uptime, protect data, and support business needs.
• Work with internal teams and client IT groups to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless system transitions.
• Review proposed solutions, investigate complex technical problems, and apply industry best practices for cloud environments.
• Create and update technical documents, reports, and operational procedures as required.
• Keep up with emerging cloud technologies and help refine operational processes for better performance and reliability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry or in network/system operations (OS and DB administration).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP) with proficiency in at least one.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional certifications in cloud platforms are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with clients.
