Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions based in Taiwan, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
- Understand client needs and market trends to provide proactive hiring support.
- Conduct interviews and assessments in Mandarin and English.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and clients.
- May need to support other market's hiring if neccesary.
We are seeking a Taiwanese national based in Malaysia to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities for the Taiwan market, in alignment with client requirements within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Job Requirements
- Taiwanese nationality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR is preferred (especially in the BPO industry).
- Familiarity with the Taiwan job market and cultural nuances.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus.
