Job Description

    Learn the recruitment processes involved to help shape a successful company.

    With people as the core attribution to a company's success, through this internship you'll learn to: 

    • Source for potential candidates based on various requirements 
    • Screen through resumes
    • Conduct pre-screener interviews
    • Process data for candidates applications
    • Stakeholder management
    • Be exposed to various industries and job titles to fully understand them for better quality screening and searching
    • Data entry as and when needed
Job Requirements
    • Diploma/Bachelor's in Psychology or equivalent (currently pursuing or completed)
    • Comfortable with communicating
    • Goal oriented
    • Quick learner
    • Able to commit a minimum of 12 weeks
    • Willing to work in Kota Damansara (walking distance from Surian MRT)
    • Able to communicate in Mandarin/Korean/Japanese is a plus
