Job Description

We are an established martial arts academy in Singapore, dedicated to nurturing students in both the physical and mental aspects of Taekwondo. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Time Taekwondo Coach with strong knowledge in Poomsae to join our team and develop students across all levels.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Conduct daily Taekwondo training sessions, focusing on both Poomsae and Kyorugi (sparring).
• Design and implement structured lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Train and prepare students for belt promotion tests, competitions, and demonstrations.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and motivation in classes.
• Provide mentorship to students, encouraging values such as respect, perseverance, and self-confidence.
• Support in academy activities, events, and community outreach programs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1st Dan Black Belt (World Taekwondo/Kukkiwon Certified).
• Strong knowledge and performance skills in Poomsae (competition-level preferred).
• Prior experience as a coach/instructor is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (ability to speak other languages is a plus).
• Must be willing to relocate and work in Singapore.
• Passionate about teaching, motivating, and inspiring students.
