Job Description

  • This role is responsible planning and execution of retail marketing initiatives and new store openings that drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Develop long-term and short-term brand plans to strengthen brand equity and awareness to drive sales growth and traffic growth for new area penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Strategize marketing plan or activities to acquire new customers and increase customer footfall.
  • Manage campaign planning for local festive periods to attract new customers. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams within Marketing – digital marketing, social media, product marketing, influencers marketing, to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Working with Store Operations and Mall Management, to understand and assist with store’s demands and build good working relationship.
  • To handle and strategize yearly and Media Buy plan booking and content plannings.
  • Work closely with creative agency, media agency, media owners, and printing vendors.
  • To assist with day to day store and customer’s request, e.g. Gift Card enquiries and support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Marketing Preferred)
  • Language Skill Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal) 
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience with retail, consumer marketing & media knowledge (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven retail experience, with a keen eye for merchandise presentation and display techniques.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for retail and customer engagement.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and able to leverage data, and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Experience in people and stakeholder management to drive business results. 
  • Self driven and able to drive fresh initiatives to meet business needs. 
  • Resourceful, meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for Uniqlo brand.
