Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures based on customer requirements.
Serve as a trusted technical partner throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery and solution design to deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
Offer consultative expertise by translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Keep abreast of the latest cloud innovations and contribute ideas to strengthen OneCloud’s solutions and service portfolio.
Work collaboratively with sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both customer needs and business objectives.
Assist with technical operations and account management activities as directed by the Business Development Director.
Maintain excellence in technical documentation and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are an advantage.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively.
