Job Description

• Strategise and set goals for the team.
• Be able to walk the talk independently, and guide and advise the team on:
  • Achieving personal targets and assist the team to achieve group target for extra incentives.
  • Sign up merchant brands in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health & Beauty, and E-Commerce.
  • Close deals faster via Email / Calls / WhatsApp / FB / Zoom. Travel is optional unless necessary.
  • Negotiate for best offers persuasively and tactfully.
  • Cross-sell & upsell various financial products & marketing services.
  • Maintain good relationships with merchants and provide excellent service at all times.
• Executing with the team to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing/Business/Telemarketing or relevant field.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field. 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese. 
• Required Skill(s): Ms office.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales/ Business Development or equivalent.
