Job Description
- Drive and grow sales revenue by developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in the China–Malaysia corridor
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Set up, optimize, and maintain an efficient sales process, including pipeline tracking, performance reporting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to expand market reach
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics sales or freight forwarding
- Proven track record in sales, especially within the China–Malaysia trade or logistics sector
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required due to business communications with China-based clients
- Agile, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Leadership experience the ability to coach and lead a team will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with freight forwarding processes and local customs procedures
Additional Information
- Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm and Sat, 9am to 1pm
- 3 Months Probation
- Office Location: Bangsar South
