Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from identifying staffing needs to candidate onboarding.  
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.  
  • Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career goals.  
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.  
  • Schedule interviews, communicate interview details to candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.  
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, salary, and benefits packages as needed. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization and are set up for success from day one. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline status, hiring metrics, and recruitment costs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (at least 3 years) or similar role in HR.  
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.  
  • Familiarity with recruitment trackers and reports.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
