Job Description
- Monitor and pursue growth opportunities within designated strategic healthcare accounts.
- Engage key clinical and administrative stakeholders to showcase our range of specialized devices in minimally invasive surgery (MIS), obstetrics & gynecology, urology, and colorectal care.
- Oversee a targeted sales portfolio, driving revenue through tender participation and device replacement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft effective strategies aimed at winning new clients and expanding market presence.
- Execute collaborative promotional campaigns and clinical education efforts to strengthen customer loyalty and reinforce brand partnerships with our principal vendors.
- Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospital executives, and purchasing departments.
- Deliver ongoing product training, clinical support, and quality assurance sessions to guide customers through equipment transitions and ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device sales.
- Academic background in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline; candidates with nursing or surgical scrub experience will have an added edge.
- Proven dedication to exceptional customer service and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Independent, team-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities, with a focus on timely execution and measurable results.
