Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Network Service Engineer to manage the deployment, maintenance, and technical support of enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves setting up and configuring network systems, ensuring stable network operations through proactive management, and delivering efficient solutions to technical issues to maintain high service standards for our clients.

 

• Deploy, configure, and commission enterprise-level network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault analysis, and issue resolution to maintain smooth network performance.
• Provide expert-level technical support across Huawei and multi-vendor network environments.
• Handle hardware replacement, repairs, and RMA coordination with equipment vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service documentation, configuration records, and reports.
• Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
• Adhere to SLA commitments, operational standards, and customer satisfaction requirements.

 

Job Requirements

• Huawei HCIE-Datacom certification (mandatory).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network deployment, support, or service engineering.
• Solid knowledge of data communication technologies, Layer 2/3 networking, and routing/switching protocols.
• Experience working with Huawei and other major vendors such as Cisco, HPE, or Juniper.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with attention to detail in documentation.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferably based in Johor, Malaysia.
• Willing to travel when required.
• A valid driving license and own transport will be an added advantage.
