Job Description

    Job Summary

    • Our Client is looking for someone to be responsible for driving governance and process excellence across multiple countries.
    • This senior leadership role oversees HR, Finance, GA, and IT operations to ensure they are standardized, compliant, and efficient.
    • You will manage a dedicated internal control team which focuses on optimizing the company’s platform, particularly workflow systems while collaborating with senior stakeholders, leading system improvements, and managing relationships with external vendors to deliver impactful results.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Governance & Process Oversight

    • Ensure governance compliance across multiple countries by engaging with stakeholders in HR, Finance, GA, and IT.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of process flows, governance frameworks, and system changes within the platform.
    • Maintain consistency and continuity of knowledge across all system modifications.

     

    System Support & Continuous Improvement

    • Manage and maintain the company’s platform, with a particular focus on the workflow system and related tools.
    • Drive ongoing system improvements to enhance efficiency and support organizational objectives.

     

    Process Optimization & Collaboration

    • Partner with departments to identify, prioritize, and implement process enhancements.
    • Ensure all changes support business needs and comply with company standards.

     

    Development & Modifications

    • Lead and coordinate both back-end and front-end modifications to the platform and workflow systems.
    • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver timely and effective system updates.

     

    Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison with external workflow system vendors, leveraging their expertise to enhance functionality.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Job Requirements

    Essential

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in platform integration, management, internal controls, or process improvement.
    • Strong knowledge of platform systems (particularly workflow systems) and experience in system development.
    • Proven track record in process optimization and governance.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across functions and with external partners.

     

    Preferred

    • Experience managing large-scale platform upgrades and integration projects.
    • Professional certifications such as CHRP (Certified HRIS Professional) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
    • Familiarity with governance and process management frameworks.
