Job Description
- Manage job postings on platforms such as JobStreet and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews for vacant positions within the organization.
- Facilitate candidate screening, including resume and qualification verification during interviews.
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates to key decision-makers (HOD, VP, and Principal) for final assessment.
- Compile required documentation (Staff Requisition Form, CVs, qualifications, and interview evaluations) for COE approval on salary offers.
- Upon approval, prepare offer letters and ensure all relevant hiring documents are signed off.
- Provide guidance on salary structures, performance appraisals, and staff benefits to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
- Plan and execute training programs and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity annually.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews monthly and analyze trends to enhance employee retention strategies.
- Develop improvement plans to foster better employee engagement and workplace productivity.
- Monitor daily staff attendance and punctuality.
- Conduct monthly and yearly leave audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare weekly reports on absenteeism trends, including sick leave and other leave types.
- Handle employee misconduct cases, conduct investigations, and administer appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Lead domestic inquiries when required, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act.
- Oversee office administration tasks, maintaining a hands-on approach to operational needs.
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.
- Provide weekly HR reports to the COE office in Sentul and assist with other HR-related tasks when required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning and development, staff welfare, and staff discipline
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in HR2000
- Experience in an education institute
