Job Description
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Utilize various hiring channels to attract top candidates for both retail and administrative positions.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, providing hiring recommendations.
- Oversee a structured onboarding experience to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the company culture.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Address and mediate employee conflicts, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and collaboration.
- Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Administer and enforce HR policies, ensuring consistent implementation across all departments.
- Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related concerns and improvements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to track trends and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on operational and back-end HR tasks.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
