Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for all HR-related matters.
- Promote employee awareness of company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines.
- Manage and organize documentation related to administrative hearings and evidentiary processes.
- Collaborate with Operations to conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions for underperforming employees, with the goal of enhancing productivity and job stability.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration between HR, Delivery, and Support departments.
- Engage with Delivery teams and Department Heads to understand unique challenges, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.
- Participate actively in performance management reviews.
- Perform root cause and deep dive analyses to identify the major drivers of employee attrition and dissatisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related areas).
- 1–2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
- Broad understanding of various HR functions, including Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Health & Safety, Data Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Solid knowledge of corporate compliance and labor law practices.
- Familiarity with DOLE Compliance, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, Labor Laws/BWC, and Government Benefit Programs.
- Strong foundation in disciplinary processes (e.g., Show Cause Memo (SCM), Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), Preventive Suspension (PS)).
- Working knowledge of performance management processes (e.g., regularization reviews, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and annual appraisals).
- Process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving innovation and process improvements.
- In-depth understanding of BPO/IT industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with various levels of the organization.
Additional Information
- Must be fluent in spoken Japanese and English.
- Job Type: 1-year renewable contract
- Work Arrangement: Fully on-site (office-based)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional Benefits: - Medical coverage up to USD 80,000 per individual (applicable for self, spouse, and children).
- Optical allowance up to USD 120 per individual (claimable after 1 year for permanent/converted employees).

- Annual Leave: 10 days per year (increased to 12 days after 2 years; prorated).
