Senior HR Executive | IT Services

Job Description

    We are a fast-growing IT Services company building a high-performance team to support our next stage of growth. As our Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving recruitment, and supporting managers on employee-related matters. 

     

    1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the IT business
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
    • Drive candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and offer coordination
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding in collaboration with outsourced HR partners
    • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
       

    2. Employee Relations & HR Advisory

    • Serve as the internal HR point of contact for employees and people managers
    • Advise managers on employee relations, performance, conduct, and workplace issues
    • Support disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance handling where required
    • Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative work culture
       

    3. Performance Management & People Development

    • Support performance review cycles, confirmations, and KPI processes
    • Work with managers on performance improvement and talent development initiatives
    • Identify training and development needs aligned with business growth
    • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
       

    4. HR Policy, Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and company policies
    • Support implementation and review of HR policies and employee handbook
    • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and outsourced HR service providers
    • Assist in checking for payroll matters
    • Prepare HR reports and support audits as required
Job Requirements
    • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
    • 1–3 years of HR Generalist or Recruitment experience (IT industry exposure is a plus)
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
    • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment
