Senior Finance Executive | HVAC

We are a dynamic and growing M & E engineering firm committed to excellence in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). We are currently hiring a Senior Finance Executive who is able to prepare the monthly management accounts and financial reports, carry out daily operations in finance and treasury areas, and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines, company policies & SOPs, as well as relevant laws and regulations. • Ensure smooth running of all aspects of financial, accounting and administration functions of the company. 
• Controlling month end accounts closing processes, reviewing all balance sheet accounts. 
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation / submission / delivery of Monthly Management Report, Annual Tax Returns and Annual Year End Accounts.
• Preparation / coordination / filing with tax agent on annual tax estimate, tax revision and annual tax computation and filing. 
• Delivery of annual budget and forecast as required. 
• Management of annual statutory audit and ISO audit processes. 
• Manage all legal matters and regulatory / statutory compliance / banking enquiries.
• Reviewing adequacy of controls and processes and implementing improvements. 
• Prepare monthly investment reports and execute trades upon instruction. 
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks required by the Management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent. 
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related fields, preferably with exposure to accounting in contracting/project-based environment. Establishing good teamwork between finance and operational/project teams. 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin 
• Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with using SQL Accounting would be added advantage.
