Job Description

• Provide Personalized Student Counseling: Deliver effective and personalized guidance to students seeking admission to colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland.
• Liaise with Educational Institutions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of their programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Lead Management & Follow-Up: Promptly respond to all walk-ins, email inquiries, phone calls, and leads generated from recruitment activities, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiry to application and enrollment.
• End-to-End Student Support: Assist students throughout the entire journey—including course selection, application processing, visa applications, accommodation arrangements, scholarships, travel planning, and other after-sales services—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
• Event Support & Participation: Actively support and participate in enrolment-related activities such as admissions registration, Scholar Search events, school visits, and other promotional or recruitment events.
• Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the tertiary education landscape, institution offerings, scholarship opportunities, career pathways, and evolving student trends.
• Achieve Performance Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets related to student engagement and enrollment, with commissions based on performance.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing insights and best practices to improve team performance and student outcomes.
• Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the organization.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Graduates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience:

1–2 years of experience in education consulting, student advisory, or study abroad services is highly valued.

• Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.

• Target-Driven:

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving performance and enrolment targets.

• Professionalism:

Demonstrates strong work ethics, accountability, and a proactive attitude.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students and stakeholders.

• Willing to work extended hours during peak periods (e.g., post-exam results release).
• Comfortable responding to high-priority student inquiries outside of regular working hours.
• Available to work on weekends and travel for events such as Scholar Search when required.
