Job Description
- Provide Personalized Student Counseling: Deliver effective and personalized guidance to students seeking admission to colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland.
- Liaise with Educational Institutions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of their programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Lead Management & Follow-Up: Promptly respond to all walk-ins, email inquiries, phone calls, and leads generated from recruitment activities, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiry to application and enrollment.
- End-to-End Student Support: Assist students throughout the entire journey—including course selection, application processing, visa applications, accommodation arrangements, scholarships, travel planning, and other after-sales services—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Event Support & Participation: Actively support and participate in enrolment-related activities such as admissions registration, Scholar Search events, school visits, and other promotional or recruitment events.
- Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the tertiary education landscape, institution offerings, scholarship opportunities, career pathways, and evolving student trends.
- Achieve Performance Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets related to student engagement and enrollment, with commissions based on performance.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing insights and best practices to improve team performance and student outcomes.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the organization.

- Comfortable responding to high-priority student inquiries outside of regular working hours.
- Available to work on weekends and travel for events such as Scholar Search when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Graduates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
1–2 years of experience in education consulting, student advisory, or study abroad services is highly valued.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.

Demonstrates strong work ethics, accountability, and a proactive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
