SG ActivaMedia (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading digital marketing agency and part of the regional Activa Media Group, one of Southeast Asia’s pioneers in search and performance marketing.

We are seeking a SEM-focused Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on Google Ads experience and working knowledge of social media advertising to deliver data-driven, measurable outcomes.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and optimise Google SEM campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals, including keyword strategy, bidding, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices
• Support planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads), including audience targeting, ad setup, optimisation, and performance monitoring
• Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions) to improve efficiency and lead quality.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to improve ads and landing pages
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and enhance digital performance through integrated search and social strategies.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (SEM) is required
• Exposure to social media advertising (Meta Ads or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and performance marketing principles
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients
• Comfortable working with performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions)
• Strong SEM knowledge, with the ability to support social media campaigns within an integrated marketing strategy
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
