Job Description
- Facilitate discovery workshops and business requirements gathering with subject matter experts, including TO-BE process mapping and gap analysis.
- Configure and implement the Dynamics 365 suite and related systems within the Finance digital ecosystem to support a successful global rollout.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation phase.
- Provide ongoing support, perform root cause analysis, and manage application-related issues.
- Deliver user training and develop system roadmaps to enhance adoption and maximize functionality.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and innovation within Finance operations.
- Ensure system security, regulatory compliance, and effective access control management.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in functional ERP consulting, with a proven track record in global implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM); experience with other ERP systems will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of Finance-related business processes and ERP deployment.
- A background in financial accounting is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders across the organization.
