Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and develop new LSS opportunities through industry networks, stakeholder outreach, and market intelligence.
- Drive revenue growth against assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and deliver clear, actionable sales reports to the CEO.
- Engage developers, utilities, IPPs, and government-linked entities by building relationships at decision-maker level.
- Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, PPAs, and project agreements from first engagement through to deal closure.
- Work closely with internal technical, engineering, and project teams to validate feasibility, align on execution readiness, and ensure seamless handover post-deal.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles with LSS project experience
- Proven deal-closing track record in LSS projects
- Strong commercial acumen in negotiation, PPA structuring, stakeholder management
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
