Job Description

 

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, monthly closings, and related accounting tasks
• Handle inventory closing and reconciliation processes
• Compile monthly financial statements and reports for submission to the Group
• Prepare and submit statutory filings such as SST, WHT, and others
• Ensure timely completion of year-end audits and tax filings, including coordination of tax calculations, estimates, and returns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records; ensure timely month-end closings and reporting
• Communicate with auditors, tax agents, regulatory bodies, company secretaries, and financial institutions
• Conduct financial data analysis
• Support any additional tasks or reports as requested by management

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA), or partial completion of a professional accounting program
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; background in external auditing is a plus
• Able to speak in Mandarin to handle Chinese counterparts
• Proficient in managing a full set of accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
