Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Process payroll and handle tax compliance
- Conduct financial analysis and budget preparation
- Strong knowledge in SST (Sales & Service Tax) compliance and reporting
- Oversee inventory valuation and stock level monitoring
- Implement inventory control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliation
- Analyze inventory turnover and identify slow-moving items
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock management
- Monitor material costs and manufacturing expenses
- Prepare cost analysis reports for management
- Track and analyze inventory variances
- Support pricing decisions with accurate cost data

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MIA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with inventory management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry preferred
- Willing to work in Banting, Selangor
