Senior Account Manager (Marketing Agency)

Job Description
    • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients. Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Ensure flawless implementation and timely delivery
    • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and communicate any adjustments to clients
    • New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
    • Reporting and Presentations: Create visually appealing reports and presentations for clients
    • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities
Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • At least 5 years in business development, client services role within a medical marketing agency or pharmaceutical company
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities, especially in digital media analytics.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
    • Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
    • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
    • Detail-oriented, requires to multi-tasks and ability to prioritize
    • Creative thinking and solution focus.
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and social media campaigns.
