Job Description
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients. Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Ensure flawless implementation and timely delivery
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and communicate any adjustments to clients
- New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Reporting and Presentations: Create visually appealing reports and presentations for clients
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years in business development, client services role within a medical marketing agency or pharmaceutical company
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, especially in digital media analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented, requires to multi-tasks and ability to prioritize
- Creative thinking and solution focus.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and social media campaigns.
