Job Description

• Actively source new leads through on-ground visits, calls, referrals
• Contact potential clients to introduce company services and set appointments
• Conduct face-to-face or online sales meetings to present solutions
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing or business solutions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Update CRM or tracking sheets with accurate sales progress
• Work closely with the operations and marketing team for smooth onboarding
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for renewals

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and on-ground lead generation
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently
• Basic knowledge of service-based sales is an advantage
• Own transportation is preferred
