• Engage potential customers via phone with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Deliver compelling, scripted sales pitches while clearly communicating product benefits.
• Handle objections effectively and close sales with professionalism.
• Educate customers on our full range of products and services, presenting strong value propositions.
• Accurately capture and process customer orders.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, protecting the company’s brand and reputation.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or marketing roles is required.
• Background in a contact center or call center environment is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a target-driven, commission-based role.
• Quick to learn and able to clearly communicate product and service features to prospects.
