Job Description
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the non-food and chemical processing sectors.
- Conduct regular client visits to introduce company products and services, gather technical requirements, and explore potential leads.
- Submit bi-weekly visit report.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propose effective technical and commercial solutions for clients.
- Coordinate with support teams to prepare quotations and necessary technical documentation.
- Engage in cold calling and networking activities to expand client base and industry contacts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Conduct site visits to assess clients’ existing installations.
- Monitor and understand competitive landscape within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales support and service needs.
- Assist project teams during on-site work and provide feedback to headquarters on post-sale issues.
- Ensure timely communication and support for spare parts and service requests.
- Take part in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, seminars, and client-hosted events (e.g., office sessions, factory visits).
- Support the organization and setup of marketing initiatives as required.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechatronic/ Industrial/ Process) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales within the Bulk Material & Powders Industries.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing.
- Expertise in Powder Processing Systems & Equipment is a strong advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Willing to travel throughout Malaysia.
- Willing to travel for site visitation.
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
