Job Description

    Sales Strategy & Team Leadership

    • Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed growth and revenue goals
    • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
    • Identify new business opportunities and manage key healthcare accounts
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics
    • Drive success in tenders and long-term procurement contracts

     

    Account Management & Customer Relations

    • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision-makers, and procurement teams
    • Manage key account plans and customer engagement strategies
    • Maintain high levels of customer service and long-term satisfaction
    • Support the team in complex deals and product transitions

     

    Marketing & Training Support

    • Work with the marketing team on campaigns, CME events, and product launches
    • Ensure the sales team provides effective product training and demos
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events
Job Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, including 2 years in a leadership role
    • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Nursing
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
    • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
    • Open to frequent travel for team and customer engagement
