About the Role

We're seeking an energetic, Mandarin-speaking Sales Executive to connect with business owners and promote our digital marketing solutions. This role offers excellent earning potential through commission and incentives, with comprehensive training provided for career starters.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management 

– Hunt for new business opportunities with SMEs and corporates.

– Address escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

– Follow up with prospects, presenting, pitching, and closing sales deals. Pitching tailored digital marketing solutions (Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Landing Page & Website).

– Build strong client relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships

 

• Account Coordination 

– Manage website, landing page, and banner design initiatives to ensure seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Provide operational support for client campaigns across SEO and major digital channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and XHS.

- Ensure strong cross-departmental communication by supporting alignment between sales and operational teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client objectives, oversee budgets, recommend strategic solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results that meet expectations.

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for:

 Education background:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- At least 1 year of sales experience in an advertising agency (preferably)

- Proven B2B digital marketing sales experience (SEO, websites, Google Ads, social media)

Skills:

- Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills, Corporate Communications, Critical thinking Skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Communication:

- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage and manage clients across diverse markets.

Transportation:

- Own transport for client meetings

 

Language Note: We are specifically looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates to serve our Mandarin-speaking customer base.
