RFS Hydraulics is a new leading supplier of hydraulic hardware in Malaysia. Our head office started in 1982 in Singapore as Chuan Kok. We have drastically evolved to become one of the leading supplier of hydraulic components. Throughout the years, we have been providing our clients with quality products, professional advice and high standard of services. • Liaise with clients from Malaysia, Singapore (Email and phone calls)
• Coordinate with admin teams to ensure quality service for clients
• Review clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
• Master our product catalogue within 2 months
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Key in all report in CRM Program
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email
• Achieve sales targets set by the company

• Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
• Those who have extensive experience in Sales/Customer Service are desired
• Client oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying opportunities and suggesting suitable products or service
• Outspoken and friendly personality 
• Must be able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
