Sales & Event Executive

Job Description

    Sales and Business Development
    •    Identify and prospect potential clients for events, such as corporate meetings, conferences, and other special occasions.
    •    Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business.
    •    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
    •    Negotiate and close event contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    •    Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    Event Planning and Catering
    •    Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, including menu preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
    •    Create detailed event proposals and menus that meet client expectations and company standards.
    •    Coordinate with marketing & operation teams to ensure the smooth execution of events.
    •    Oversee the logistical aspects of the events, including menu planning, kitchen operations, and service staff management.
    •    Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure successful event delivery.
    •    Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events.

    Client Relationship Management
    •    Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process.
    •    Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of event progress and updates.
    •    Gather feedback from clients to improve future event experiences.

    Menu Development and Quality Control
    •    Work with the Marketing / QC & Halal & Operation team to create and update menus, ensuring they align with client preferences and industry trends.
    •    Ensure the quality and presentation of our products meet company standards.
    •    Conduct tastings and menu presentations for clients.

    Budget Management
    •    Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses stay within the allocated budget.
    •    Provide cost estimates to clients and present financial reports post events.
     

Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in sales, event planning, or F&B sales within the F&B industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Knowledge of F&B trends and menu development.
    • Proficiency in F&B management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
