Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Engage customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email, following up on leads.
  • Drive sales by activating promotions and activities to generate leads.
  • Maximize sales through persuasive methods, understanding customer needs.
  • Act as the customer's voice, addressing questions and providing information on residential solar solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals and payment follow-ups.
  • Utilize a CRM system to track sales progress and capture relevant data and documents.
  • Meet monthly KPIs, with the potential for outdoor sales engagement as needed.

Job Requirements

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or Mass Communication. 
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A knack for quickly understanding technical product information and assessing customers’ requirements.
  • Having a background in solar photovoltaic is a bonus. 
  • A preference for being indoors.
