Job Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote our F&B products.
• Support relationship-building efforts with key customers, including cafes, restaurants, retailers, and distributors.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and business opportunities in the Selangor F&B market.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns — from promotions and events to social media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with managing online brand presence and creating engaging marketing content.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, culinary, production) to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales activities.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Learn about food safety standards and industry best practices.
• Represent the company positively at industry events, tastings, and networking sessions.

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry and eagerness to learn about the Selangor F&B market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and building relationships.
• Creative mindset with a passion for branding, social media, and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital tools (bonus if familiar with Canva, Meta Ads, or email marketing).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks or projects.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
