• Handle customer orders, verifying the precision of order specifics such as product, quantity, pricing, and shipping details.
• Keep customers informed about order status and address any concerns or delays.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records, including customer and product information
• Continuously improve processes and procedures related to order processing and fulfillment to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Resolve any issues related to order processing or fulfillment, including returns, exchanges, and cancellations

• Willing to work during Weekends & rest on Weekdays
• At least SPM, Diploma or Degree qualifications
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Previous experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred
