Reading Tutor

AM Eterna Sdn Bhd (AME) is one of Malaysia's leading online reading centre using the brand name Read Hero. Prior to its founding in 2021, AME has 23 years of experience operating physical reading classes with 3 branches around the Klang Valley. Due to MCO as the COVID-19 pandemic hits, AME ran extensive research on online reading classes and hence rebranded the service as Read Hero Online Class upon securing a sturdy online program. 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated online tutor to join our team. The primary responsibility of the reading tutor will be to provide personalized (1-to-1) tutoring sessions to students of varying skill levels, focusing on improving reading comprehension, fluency, and literacy skills. The ideal candidate should be patient, encouraging, and able to build rapport with students to foster a positive learning environment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic success and lifelong love of reading.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Malay & English).
• Have excellent internet connection (Wi-Fi).
• Have their own laptop or pc in great condition.
• Currently enrolled or graduated from program in Early Childhood Education or any related field. 
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative.
