Job Description

  • To assist management on the purchasing paperwork and processes as required.         
  • To perform day to day purchasing tasks.         
  • To perform day to day administrative update duties, handle inquiries related to the purchasing including maintain record and documentation.        
  • To coordinate with the warehouse teams on the scheduled order and stock delivery / receive status when necessary.         
  • To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.         
  • To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.         
  • Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.         
  • Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.         
  • Updating all records of purchased products.         
  • Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.         
  • Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.         
  • Standardize product dimension manufacturer drawings.         
            

 

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma in any field or experience in related position     
  • Good in communication and fast learner     
  • Familiar with logistics arrangement will be advantage     
  • Candidates with experience in AutoCount software will have an added advantage.     
  • Fresh Grads specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent are encouraged to apply.     
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is necessary, as we cater to the Chinese market.
