Job Description
- Engage with customers to promote and demonstrate smartphone features
- Educate shoppers on the benefits and specifications of different models and accessories
- Drive sales by helping customers find products that match their needs and lifestyle
- Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and product launches
- Support merchandising and ensure displays are clean, organized, and appealing
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizen only
- Age 18+ and above
- 6 Working days per week ( shift based)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English ( Mandarin is a bonus )
- Experience in smartphone or IT product sales is an added advantage
