Now we have 30 cafes in Malaysia and O’Briens is easily accessible to anyone who craves for a healthy wholesome meal. · Effectively manage Project Budgeting & Project Expenses.
· Effectively analyze Project and Investment cost and works toward the best ROI for each project
· Monitor work in progress during construction of renovation work
· Conduct detailed check on site during hand over from contractor to ensure all jobs done to specification as stated in tender document.
· Monitor and manage maintenance cost to assist Cafe achieve the best profitability.
· Identify and create solutions to increase Maintenance and Logistic team productivity
· To analyze maintenance information and write monthly reports .
· To motivate, train and develop Technician and Logistic team in meeting their KPIs.
· To conduct regular inspection in Cafe on equipment, work areas and kitchen to ensure conformance to established health and safety standards including monitoring servicing equipment, check list, and follow up on all QC standard and other matters.
Secondary Job Scope
· Motivate, train and develop service staff to improve productivity and work efficiency.
· Overseeing and maintaining proper scheduling and supervision of all staff.
· Conduct quarterly audits.
· Effectively control and manage warehouse inventories.
· Ensure accuracy in daily / other administrative duties assigned.
· Attend to break down call on critical equipment on weekend and Public Holiday
· Assist in other tasks and duties assigned by COO and Managing Director.
