Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for not limited to product related training and development programs, evaluating needs and current practices then create and deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, sales process, and learning resources such as online modules and assessment.

Job Descriptions:

  • Course Planning: including new product training strategic, training progress follow-up, internal and external training arrangements.
  • Course Development: localization of product training materials, sales skill courses, product comparison courses, product related materials
  • Course Evaluation: develop monthly examinations for regional training team and promoters to ensure their product knowledge is sufficient. 
  • Learning Management System: digitalize learning content in our learning platform.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Possessing at least 2 - 4 years retail operations experience will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, employee coaching and presentation skills.
