Job Description
- Explore and grow business within key healthcare institutions and strategic accounts.
- Present and promote a cutting-edge range of medical technologies to decision-makers and clinical stakeholders.
- Drive revenue through tender submissions, equipment replacement initiatives, and collaborative commercial efforts.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies that elevate brand presence and boost market penetration.
- Collaborate with healthcare partners to execute joint promotional campaigns and educational programs that reinforce long-term engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong professional networks with medical personnel, hospital procurement leads, and healthcare executives.
- Facilitate in-depth product knowledge sessions, continuing medical education (CME), and hands-on equipment training.
- Support clinical teams during equipment transitions and provide practical insights to ensure effective usage and patient care.

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the medical device industry; those with greater experience may be considered for a senior-level position.
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline — a background in nursing is an added advantage.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- Demonstrates persuasive communication and strong negotiation skills, with a clear focus on achieving targets.
- Open to travel at short notice to meet stakeholders and support business objectives on the ground.
