Job Description
Comprehensive Fitness Assessments:
- Conduct in-depth fitness assessments for clients, gaining insights into their goals, preferences, and any health considerations.
- Develop highly customized one-on-one workout plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Dedicated Personal Training Sessions:
- Lead private one-on-one training sessions exclusively, providing an unparalleled level of attention and focus to each client.
- Ensure a personalized and tailored approach to meet individual fitness objectives.
Tailored Nutritional Guidance:
- Offer personalized nutritional advice specifically designed to complement each client's fitness plan.
- Assist clients in developing and maintaining healthy eating habits.
Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assess and meticulously track individual client progress, making precise adjustments to training programs for optimal results.
- Utilize advanced performance metrics and goal tracking to showcase achievements.
Client Education and Engagement:
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and the importance of a holistic fitness regimen.
- Foster a strong client-trainer relationship through consistent communication, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
Exceptional Customer Service:
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and exclusively.
- Cultivate an atmosphere of exclusivity and trust within the one-on-one training environment.
Job Requirements
Certification:
- Has a minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Holds a valid and recognized certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR and AED certification preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer with a specialized focus on one-on-one training.
- Familiarity with a variety of fitness equipment and personalized training methodologies.
Communication Skills:
- Ability to speak in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a comfortable and exclusive client-trainer relationship.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Adaptability:
- Ability to tailor training programs exclusively to individual client needs, fitness levels, and goals.
Professionalism:
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality.
