Job Description
- Support the Public Relations Manager in executing PR strategies that align with the overall marketing plan.
- Assist in fostering and maintaining relationships with media outlets, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and celebrities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of creative PR initiatives, including content creation and influencer product seeding.
- Track and analyze PR outcomes, providing monthly reports and competitor analysis.
- Help coordinate and schedule PR activities and events in line with the marketing plan.
- Work closely with vendors, partners, and organizations to facilitate PR events and activities.
- Assist the Event Manager in coordinating events for new product launches and campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of events such as Centre Court activations and Pop-Ups, ensuring smooth operations that align with the brand’s image and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, vendors, mall management, and other organizations, to organize events.
- Assist with post-event analysis and reporting.
- Aid in the bidding process for major events.
- Assist in the execution of offline media campaigns (OOH, Cinema, and Magazines) in alignment with the media plan.
- Monitor the offline media plan to ensure timely delivery of advertising materials.
- Coordinate with media agencies on reporting and analysis of offline media activities.
- Oversee the PR & events budget to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Support the preparation of purchase orders, track expenses, and manage invoices for accurate financial reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Assist with administrative tasks or any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in customer marketing, customer insights, retail, and digital marketing. Experience with international brands is preferred.
- Prior experience in the beauty industry, luxury products, or high-end consumer goods will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent time management abilities.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a results-driven and action-oriented mindset.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Malay and Chinese is a plus.
