Job Description
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports or decision-making.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Executive is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willing to travel or work flexible hours when necessary.
- 5 working days, Saturday and Sunday when needed.
- Office based on: Bukit Jalil
