Job Description
- Manage calendars, travel, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Draft and manage communications in English and Mandarin
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Support ongoing projects, events, and business launches
- Oversee household operations and manage domestic staff
- Coordinate payroll with outsourced vendors and handle basic financial admin
- Run errands and manage occasional personal tasks
We are seeking a highly adaptable and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a Director who oversees multiple businesses across various industries. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable driving for work-related tasks when required.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello, WhatsApp, etc.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
- Self-starter with a proactive and adaptable mindset
